Up load file from Word XP, Word 2003 to the Blogger.

Download and install file BloggerForWordSetup.exe .

Once it's done, open your ms word, you will notice the add-ins toolbar at the top, click it.
Now you can see the blogger setting function (as shown above), click it.

Key in your username and the password. Don't forget to tick remember the password.

Then you can click the publish.
